I had shot transparency film for over 30 years, So before going for my first DSLR i checked up on the requirements for Stock Photo Libraries so that i could help pay for my hobby, I now have over 3,000 images with more than one library and earn over £2,500 per year just by photographing whatever i choose and then filling a DVD with pic`s and popping it in the post once a month. costs about £1 for DVD and postage, The images keep on selling year in year out and i have no leg work to do!

I have used the Zigview S2 for around 2 years on my K10D,and overall i find it useful. I use it exclusively with the 1 mtr extension so it`s great for attaching to a monopod and holding the camera either above my head or upside down at ground level, You can control the autofocus by pressing the button half way and the image can be flipped quickly and even magnified, There are a number of grids/ composition aids and even motion sensors which you can set to activate when a subject enters pre-determined squares in which you can individually set the sensitivity, There is also time lapse and interval settings.
The drawbacks are_ 1. the viewfinder adapters are plastic and need care in handling. 2. The screen is not very high res compared to modern camera LCD 3. Battery life is on the short side (I carry a backup power source) $. The screen often becomes very bright after an exposure due to the blacking out when the mirror flips up on the camera.

I am hoping that i can use it with the K7 without having to attach it to the VF just like the new Zigview Live.

mine has been pre-ordered since the 21st of May! Though i have purchased the 16-50 2.8 and 50-135 2.8 as i saw the increases on Warehouse Express and other sites, I had come within a hair`s breadth of changing to a 5d mkII because i was adamant that i would never buy another APSC size camera, But i relented when i read the spec of the K7, I have been soldiering on with my K10 for over 2 years (52,000 clicks)using the kit lenses supported by my old M series primes from 20mm up to 300mm, so i am really looking forward to the release of the K7 as it will be a huge improvement for me. strangely it is the prospect of video mode that is getting my creative juices flowing as i live in a particularly scenic part of the world it will motivate me to return to some of the locations that i feel have done to death in still shots. Can`t Wait!!!

Hi,I have used the Pentax Sensor cleaning kit successfully for well over a year now and have been most satisfied after eight uses on my own and friend`s camera`s, It consists of a pad of sticky plastic sheets and a sticky orange lollipop, You dab the lollipop onto one of the sheets and then onto the sensor with just the lightest pressure and then back onto a different part of the sheet, Repeat until you have covered all of the sensor and then discard the used sheet and return the lollipop to it`s protective shell. I bought mine from SRS Microsystems online around £30, Previously i used swab type cleaners which i still have a few as backup in case i need to apply a cleaning solution. I feel a little more apprehensive using the swabs in case i scratch the sensor and i have similar reservations with the brush type as well as the fear of losing a bristle inside the Camera.
