I had a problem getting a decent background, the reason being I was comparing shots between my K20 and a FF camera my wife was get me for our anniversary, and the only plain background I could find was this.
And the result was I prefer the Pentax over said FF, as it was easier to use, maybe I will get use to FF.

Malo1961 I see what you mean, it just gives it something.
Mannesty I love both of your versions, the first being my fav.
I am learning so much seeing all the versions everyone is doing. Plus it is giving me a better idea on the different thing you can get from 1 photo in PP.

If this is all you came up with, you have nothing to be ashamed of. IMHO it's a really good action shot, the only thing if I was going to be really nit picking and it's something you have no control over, shame he wasn't looking in your general direction.
But as I said I think it's a great shot.

Looking at the first one I'm waiting for a hobbit to appear. It so looks like a scene from lord of the rings. It's a lovely shot.
