Hi Folks, I've just got back from the Focus on Imaging event at the NEC and I've managed to bag myself a complete bargin. You know that 12-24mm Pentax lens thats retailing at SRS at £889. I just bought one today from the Jacobs stand for £399. Yes you saw right £399 brand new, boxed with warranty. So if you want one I get down there ASAP. Event on till Wednesday I think.

Thanks Cabstar, just wish you'd have found it ealier as bidding for one on Ebay. Fingers crossed I lose auction but then again only £65 and it does come with battery. Oh Hum...

I don't know if anyone interested but I've just found a K7 for sale on ebay at £825 body only. Only one month old and only used once. Bought from SRS Microsystems. Just thought some rich person may be interested.

Somebody might know. Recently my SMC 18-55mm pentax kit lens as being playing up a little. For some reason when I use it wide open at 18mm the AF system doesn't work but if I close it slitghtly all is well.But it doesn't do it all the time. Do I have a broken lens or is it something to do with the camera? Any comments welcome.

Well that stired up a hornets nest. All I was trying to say is, "What on earth is a picture of fish and chips doing in the gallery." I know there deliciously tasty to eat but come on there's plenty more out there to take pictures of. Is the gallery turning into a dumping ground.
