I'm now the proud owner of a Pentax K-5 camera, and I've just set it up to accept old non-digital PK lenses, as per the handbook, just to try out my old 400mm and 400/600mm lenses on it. No problem with that!

However, as I will only be using these lenses occasionally, what I want to know is: "Can I leave the camera setting ready to accept them without affecting the performance of the camera when using the new digital lens?"

As already mentioned, it's better to sell bodies separate as most interested parties will already have lenses
