Excuse my ignorance, but why ISO 400 when your using a long exposure ,this isn't a critic but a mear genuine interest in your settings used

This lens i've own for about a year now so it's about two yrs old now ,tis in great condition ,has hood both end caps but alas i can't seem to find the box .I've tried to upload photos of lens but failed miserably ...This is for sale elswhere also ...
