haha im a pretty light weight kid. dont know if i can carry a 500mm lens! haha jkjk Thats enormous! but thanks for the tip about the 55-300. On another note are there any macro lenses that also are well received?
You might look at the D-FA 50mm & 100mm Macro's, or the Sigma 105 EX & 180 EX Macro lenses.
Look through the classified section here, I think someone is selling a D-FA MAcro lens.

btw im looking for a good all around lens 50-200mm or with an even larger range than that (20-300? if it exists). I dont like changing lenses with the fear of allowing dust inside.

Did you print it out on A4 paper or A3:
I haven't had the need to use it but printed it out on A4 and found it quite small and difficult to read. Or is it just my old eyes
