Can anyone help me out please? I cannot find 'Watercolour', 'Pastel' and 'Miniture' filters in my K-x. They are not listed along with the other filters in the camera menu but are in my user manual.
Thanks
Beth

Welcome I recently bought a K-x, the 18-55 and 55-300mm kit lenses and a few lenses picked up from Ebay. I've not had time to get to grips with it yet, but have time off work soon.
I looked at your flickr account and am impressed.

I'm going to try my hand at using lego mini figures.
(I was also chuffed to have a copy of the Pentax magazine that reviewed my new camera)

Hehe, I'm pleased you can't work out what they are hopeful will be ok for abstract then!
The first one is a macro of a shower head taken at an angle. It's the watercolour filter that brings it into it's own as an abstract, (I think).
The second one, I guess, is just a simple piece of art.....Lightbox, colour scarves, mount card and slower shutter speed to ensure a true image caputure.
I like all photography, but am finding I'm drawn to anything a little different!
Thanks for looking
Beth
