I've had my camera a while now, so thought I'd be brave and post some images. I am a beginner! I've just joined a newly formed photography Club and we were given Abstract

(the above photo has the watercolour filter applied)

The photo below is my first attempt at monochrome and a submission for my nfce level 2 in Digital Imaging

If I can find a spiders web covered in raindrops and take a decent photo I will be very happy

Hi Gareth,

Hehe, I'm pleased you can't work out what they are hopeful will be ok for abstract then!

The first one is a macro of a shower head taken at an angle. It's the watercolour filter that brings it into it's own as an abstract, (I think).

The second one, I guess, is just a simple piece of art.....Lightbox, colour scarves, mount card and slower shutter speed to ensure a true image caputure.

I like all photography, but am finding I'm drawn to anything a little different!

Thanks for looking

Beth
