IMO it is overdone, Just a simple B&W and maybe increase contrast by a little would do for me.

Thanks for the comment guys. Seems like in this forum people like my travel photos far more than my studio and on location fashion style shot. People don;t seem to give me any comment at all for those shots, am I really doing that bad for fashion shoot?
