I have a dfa 70 to 210 f4 and there's no obvious serial number, didn't look under the tripod mount though hope that helps.

The mist in September in autumn can happen but it's the 20 degrees

This afternoon's walk in the misty woods, 20 degrees and a bit moist.
Decided on B/W and less contrast, no de-haze to make it as it was.

Great photos, yes the Robin is a favourite but I have a liking for the last shot of the dipper, sharp too, perhaps sharpened in pp ? I once tried getting a shot of a dipper but failed, fast little b*gg***.

Pleasing images...very good value on the face of it with the K-1.
+ 1 They look ok to me on the monitor, were they SOOC ? and if so you could apply some sharpening in PP and then job done, got a bargain as is though.

Nice set.
How are you finding the different experience with the lack of viewfinder?
It's managable not as good for some normal shots especially
in the sun but great for Street Photography.
You can even 'shoot from the hip' (yes really) as you walk about
and get some good/interesting results. For the Street
this is handy and in my normal day being a 'carer' it's a great
way to avoid problems. Plus it can be more descreet of course.
