Ricoh's statement sounds like they had help writing it from 'None Stick Starmer'. I did wonder what he might be doing now.
Talk about waffle to cover all bases.
Their GR range could morph a bit more and be used as a future cover up on parts of the statement, should prospects deteriorate.
On the plus side I hopefully await the new SLR.
Currently liking the GR4 and K1 mk2 mixing my usage as needed.
Typing on the mobile so forgive my bluntness.

Many photos warning.
These are literally walkabout snaps with the GR4 in 'snap' mode, not competition quality. Quickly PP'd in RT and GIMP. So hopefully enjoy 'em.

Very intriguing and it certainly works in negative. A lovely shot of a lovely girl with beautiful eyes. Well done.

Lovely pair ! The trees stand out very well against blue sky giving 3D impact !
The pic was PP'd a bit but to be honest it was good SOOC, I like to use 'De-haze' in Rawtherapee as it produces a 3D result on scenes such as this. For info it was shot with a minus EV of -2.7 but I have no D-Range settings set on the K1 mk2. (for RT reasons)
I used a circular polariser too.

"Is it a radar? Military? Coast guard? Is it so secret that you aren't allowed to say and would be sent to prison if you photographed it???"
Haha; made me smile Steve.
It now has only Radar still operative AFAIK. it used to be a site for Naval Gunnery practice right up to 2001. A very interesting link here;

What a beautiful morning, just 4 miles out to Wembury Point and a favourite tree of mine.
