I suggest you leave the rules bit alone for now. The poll and voting is about creating a new section Leads to Deals. Even if the majority is in favour of such a section it's up to the forum manegement to decide. If they agree, I think it likely that they will issue the/any rules. First things first, I think.

Mondays were always a quiet day - post would be delivered in the afternoon rather than the morning. Now due to the totally c**p state of things here they will only deliver urgent post on Mondays (death announcements and the like).
We don't have any post offices any more, and the posties are threatening to go on strike now, due to the numbers due to be sacked.
All down to privatisation and opening up the market. We now have three companies delivering mail. Two pay their deliverers per piece they deliver, and only deliver two days a week, the other, TNT (which is the mail part of the former state owned Dutch Post and Telecom company), want to sack a load of full time employees and go to part-timers to be able to compete with the other two companies.
It is a real mess.
I just hope they don't strike until after my camera gets here.
