I purchased a secondhand K-7. A few years ago. And I have never regretted it. It still gets a look out every now and again. Even though I now own a K-5 and a K-1. Great camera to purchase if your on a tight budget. Has it's limitations yes, as the digital world has been fast paced. But no real negatives. Unless you read this site...!

While K7 was a huge leap forward in terms of design, K5 was major upgrade in terms of Dynamic Range and Sensitivity. Old but respectable cameras, I only wish Pentax designers stick to that simple and compact design philosophy.
