Some excellent shots on this thread using the fish-eye. Love the ones from Cardiff bay.

I have the 10-17 & 12-24. Both do a completely different job.
The fish is so difficult to master, but when the right image comes along, it just blows the image away from anything else.

Mine goes with me most of the time, but gets little use. Even so, would'nt sell it!!

You are unable to fit any filters to the front due to the high curvature of the front element, but it comes with a fixed metal petal hood and metal cap, lined with velvet.

Get one now, and you wont regret it.

Wonderfully made and tiny.

Mine only gets limited use, but when the right subject is there I get some really nice pics.
Totally different to the 12-24, which again is excellent for landscape work.

If I were to sell my Pentax 12-24mm f4 would there be very much interest???

This lens retails now between £850-£1000.

My lens is in mint condition, and includes hood (mint-) and front/rear caps.
Also comes with pentax case, original box and Hoya 77mm ulta thin UV filter.
Glass and lens body fully mint.

Anyone interested and your offers???


I am looking at getting the 15mm f4 Limited to replace the 12-24.

The 12-24 has produced me some lovely images, but I do like my other limited lenses. Wonder if it would be as good??

Would like to get around the £550 area??
