Found lying in the drawer, £15 including postage in the UK, no marks on it, no box, I don't use em hate the things, actually!

Need to fund some Landscape filters and a lens, so I'll be putting up bits and bobs as I find them, to start my funding ball rolling...

Hope so, Ok the article is about Nikon, and it would be as it's by Thom Hogan but he also mentions that Pentax use the gizards from the same company too, if this is still correct in the Ricoh era, there may be a very exciting camera to come!

That's actually a very good page. Looking at it on a positive note, it talks about the Pentax system, and not just a camera.

To me it says "Get a durable camera, with quality lenses, in a variety of colours".

Durability
Customisation
Value for Money
Rich Feature Set

That's what it will say to other people looking to join the system.

But old time users of Pentax will find this a bit misleading.
Thats kinda how I look at it too, positive signs around, all the negativity in the Pentax web world. Noted a lavish and large ad (good to see ) in a an American mag the other day for the K50, proudly displaying it's a Ricoh in bold at the top of the page and a little footnote stating that Pentax was a Ricoh brand at the bottom, apart from it saying Pentax on the Camera that was the only mention of Pentax anywhere.
I like the fact that they are starting to realise they have to market "Pentax" (TM :wink as something unique but perhaps they have not got it quite right?
They are going to want to stamp their mark here and tell the world who the daddy is in this uneven marriage, I suppose thats a given, after all it's theirs now. Of the five reasons stated as those to buy a Pentax no4 (Colours) is the weakest/most subjective? Colour however does go down well in the Asian marets where Pentax have been doing nearly 90% of their business, Ricoh probably want to keep up that momentum.
I would have liked to see them make more of pentax ergonomic design, which I feel is one of the major pluses to the system, and what brought me back to the fold, I just missed "Holding a Pentax"! Thats my big worry that somehow Ricoh manage to stuff that one up, which would leave me not holding a Pentax. (again:shock Much play is made about Pentax and legacy glass on the "other" site but why should Ricoh tout that at all, they don't make any of it and didn't make that much when they leased the Pentax mount the first time around? There's just no profit in second hand glass for them, it's all to do with the profit after all, which Ricoh must see the possibilities of, or they would not have bought Pentax off Hoya in the first place. What Ricoh haven't done and seriously need to soon, is produce something new with the Pentax monika on it! (Not a re-vamp or a place holding re-hash) The roadmap lenses need to appear and so does the fabled K3 (Which as usual I won't be able to afford ). 645 Users face a lot of uncertainty too, there were supposed to be three Lens releases for the 645 upcoming, no word on that, the silence is deafening, come on Ricoh, action is required!
There are now a lot of Pentax users who are dual system users (Me included), who don't want to leave but have had to find other solutions to their photographic desires, that Ricoh have not yet provided. They won't stay for ever and need something competitive with the market leaders, (No I don't mean Full Frame either! However I would like to see them eventually offer something in most formats.) it's doable but takes time, time which is starting to run out?/has already?

Couple of very small scuffs on the belt pockets due to getting too close to rocks but that's it, it would not be fair not to mention that but they are hardly noticeable! The most comfortable carry I've had for my Camera gear and a very reluctant sale. Currently selling online new at £85-90, so grab a bargain! Looking for £35+Medium Parcel Delivery but will do all up for forty quid until Sunday night...
Currently used for my landscape kit of a gripped K5 with 16-50 F2.8 SDM attached, sigma 8-16 and the 50-135 SDM, It would be fair to say however that it is not really designed for a gripped camera but it can do it in a pinch...
Also on EBay, just so that you know...

Some Details:
Jack Wolfskin ACS Photopack. A JACK WOLFSKIN exclusive with the imporoved ACS back system, (introduced in 2012). At last a photography rucksack that plugs the market gap between camera bag and functional hiking pack, and with an airflow back! Every 'specialist' photography manufacturers rucksack I have ever used has been great for storing my gear securely but when it comes to comfort on my back has been terrible. All the bags I have tried have had simple backs that just compress my shoulders and spine because they do not have a proper harness. The Jack Wolfskin ACS Photopack not only has a very good carrying system but also has an airflow back to cut down on sweat. Underneath the wide aperture zipped opening of the lower compartment is a removable compartment with antistatic padding and repositional sections for SLR kit. In addition, the rucksack has two main sections, four side pockets and front pocket with additional pouches and pockets for smaller items of equipment. The ACS carry system delivers superb carry comfort and efficient ventilation. The base of the pack also features attachment options for carrying a tripod. It also comes with an integral rain cover to provide reliable protection from water and dust. Measurements 1: 50 x 33/28 x 14 cm Capacity: 28 Lit.
