MS ICE is ok but it's pretty automatic and sometimes misses joins by quite a bit, I've also found PT GUI to be very very good in the past, MS ICE is however very free...

Probably should kill the thread now though John, or at least move it to a different forum, it's not about DSLR's anymmore...

I'm going cold on Pentax Forums reviews due to some underlying Pro FF but somehow anti Pentax bias that seems to be going on there? Don't get me wrong they are not as guilty as some but they just seem to be banging their collective heads against the same bit of wall all the time, it must get sore after a while...

I'm pretty sure the 60-250 will work fine on FF format too but maybe just a little vignetting at 60mm perhaps?

I actually thought it was not possible to make a lens that wasn't FF compatible after about 60-70mm anyway?

Back on track, sort of, I was wondering wether or not they will update the DA* series to HD, and thinking that they probably wouldn't due to the SP coating, then I realised that 560mm has both, so maybe they will do em all except the kit lenses?

Left eye user here, touch screens could be a nightmare if not implimented properly, got a big condo too.

Me too but that's pretty bad vignetting, that said they tested on an Mzs film camera, now I have no idea but do Digital sensors behave differently?
Or is there permanently techno wizardry going on in the background that they don't tell us about?
Also Pentax Forums have a very negative bias against anything that is less than spectacular on Full Frame. They recently lambasted the 60-250 as well, from memory, it was the site owner quoting on dpreview...

I don't want my review screen covered in fingerprints but I think I'm getting old! The kids all want touch screen everything, my mates iMac is constantly covered in bits of kids Jam Sandwich etc, that would drive me wild...

I like this sites reviews but they have a bit of a Pentax Bias, They liked the original K5 and they like the new one too...
