I saw this on the Cash Converters website for anyone who lives close by. Seems like a very good price.

I don't think I've ever come across an M 150/4 though I have owned the Takumar version for a short time (don't know if they have the same optics).

I would recommend the K 200/4 over the M or Takumar as it's optically better wide open.

An excellent lens at a superb price. Sometime I wish I had kept mine instead of the DA 15mm.

I'm surprised to see you selling something as nice and prized as this. I wouldn't part with mine.

I was happy to be able to make it to the annual balloon festival in Segovia in July as it's always a wonderful event to photograph and enjoy. In the end I only got shots from the Friday early morning event - the Friday afternoon one was cancelled due to high winds, the Saturday morning one was cancelled due to the threat of rain and I became ill on Saturday afternoon so couldn't get up early for the Sunday morning. I was really disappointed but it reinforced the idea that you need to go when you can, not leave it until the weekend when there are more balloons.

I took the K 24mm f/2.8 and the 28mm f/2 along with me to get some shots with vintage lenses. The 24mm was more useful as you can imagine, with being quite close to these huge balloons in a limited space. This year it was moved a short distance to a field that is smaller and flatter which overall was worse for nice backgrounds.

All photos taken with my Lumix S5 and K&F L to PK adapter. I still have photos to go through so may add more later. I also finished a film in my Olympus Mju, another in a Canon EOS 300X and shot a whole roll of Fuji Pro 400H in a Yashica Mat 124G but who knows when I'll get around to developing and scanning them...

With the 24mm

I have used similar apps before but now am too lazy to do even that. I believe there were already several different options though perhaps yours is better in some ways than what was already out there.

Bargain prices for used lenses must surely be part of the problem. Great for current owners of Pentax cameras but not a penny of the purchase price of a used lens goes to Ricoh/Pentax. Perhaps if we all bought new (which, needless to say, I hardly ever do now) then Ricoh/Pentax would be keener to develop new lenses. Time now for me to have a post-lunch nap and dream of pigs flying...

If products didn't have good value on the used market then people would be less inclined to buy them new, plus the availability of cheaper used items expands the user base to those who cannot afford new gear. Used prices are something that the market sorts out by itself and every manufacturer needs to take that into account when they release and price a product.

It's a shame there's no 24, 28 or 35mm f/1.4 to complete a trio of DFA* fast primes.

Does that include the 300 f4?
The lenses I see people complaining about the most are the 16-50/2.8 and the 50-135/2.8, but that may be because they're more popular rather than that they're more prone to failure.
