I'd get out and take some photos, but note what you wanted and what you actually got. Comparing the two should quickly point you towards a lens requirement.

Looks to me though that your kit should keep you happy for a while, assuming GAS doesn't get you.

Won't download for me. Skylum say av filter on my BT email is the problem, but doesn't work with Google mail either, so just going back to them to see what other reasons they have.

Great lens for still life macro, but just think, for £10 more you could have had a faff-free purchase, and supported, Chris at SRS.

I take the view that providing you maintain social distancing, etc, a walk for exercise is just that.

It surely can't matter if at the same time you whistle, sing, take the dog for a walk or take photographs?

I certainly would never put another Flu card in my K3ii. It completely reset my computer and I had the devil of a job regaining control of it. I have yet to make the thing inside the K1 work properly, even having installed the extra software on my Android phone. I just ignore it as an unwanted gimmick nowadays. When this is over I shall probably take it to Watford and ask them to show me why the instructions don't work as described.
I can't get it to work with my tablet either!
It's strange that getting the flu card to work seems such a problem for some people. I use it without problems with a K3, driven from an MS Surface with Windows 8.1 and Firefox. It's slow and a bit cluncky but it does work and has let me get low-down macro shots that would have been hard to get any other way (my back ain't wot it used to be...). Definitely not for a shot of something moving, though, or if you're someone who likes to do things quickly!

I agree. Don't use the Flucard much, but it works well provided you use one of the correct browsers - Chrome or Safari, although it's reported to work with Firefox and Opera too.

OP. Would it be correct to think you want more than just a larger monitor?

I have this guide on the KP. The author recently passed away but I believe the website is still operative:

Same ebook slightly cheaper on the other forum. https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/donations/?ebooks=1&loginrequired=1

I have no idea what they're on about with 'donations' though, as it seems you just buy the book. Maybe they get a %?
