I would expect it to be rather hard to track down an original unit, but it should be easy to get a generic power supply of the right output & modify it.

From what I've seen, it needs to be 350v DC at 10mA so not many generic power supplies about. That said, if UK mains is rectified it will give 340v DC but will need safety measures such as a 1:1 isolation transformer.
What about finding another brand adapter and fettling that one?
Best regards

I have tried HIM but its SO Expensive with Horrendous POSTAGE COSTS -- he has declined 2 offers -- he just declined $30 -- not willing to go any more what with the Postage costing so much and he doesn't reply for a long time either. All his gear for sale is Horrendously Expensive !! I have some film stuff I cannot GIVE away that he is asking stupid Prices for such as a 'Leitz Eldia Film Strip Printer' There is a Kind Gent on TalkPhotography.co.uk that was going to DUMP a load of old Metz gear -- he will contact me - he has leads and series 60 flashes -- may be lucky there and I can 'Save' some more Gear From The Dump ! Don't Tell The Wife !!

Mecablitz 45 series Battery Chargers -- I have 2 chargers with British 3 pins and 2 from a Camera Club member who gave me 45 CL-1 units with GERMAN 2 pins Also the British units 402.12 d are 7 V 450mA and one German one is marked [b402.12 i and 8 V 450mA and the other marked 'Typ 729' is &v 600mA !!! ][/b] I have a 45 CL-4 which came with NO Battery charger from the Widow Lady and evidently THAT requires a type 703 battery charger -- a PLETHORA of Different Chargers ! -- which do I use with the 45CL-3 I have and the 45CT-1 and 45CL-1 ? The Donor of 45 CL-1 units said he had used the 220V set ones OK in UK on 240 V !

Using 220V AC-rated kit in the UK on our 240-250 AC V supply should be no problem - either rating or safety-wise (kit for both voltages has exactly the same safety test requirements!)
However the output voltage must match what the target unit (i.e. the flash unit) is specified for, and the output current capability must be at least equal to what the target unit requires (doesn't matter if its a bit higher - say 20-30% or so - but should not be a lot higher, like 200%)

K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body), & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)

As I mentioned on TP - what about a Metz AA battery holder? I do have one so I can get a reference...
NC-BATT 45-40 Artikel No 000045405. Holds 6 x AA batteries...
Might be easier to source while you search for the power cable

YES -- just found out the Mains Power Unit for 45 CL-4 and 45CL-3 N22 is DIFFERENT than for 45CT-1 N21-- the socket on left under flash head has 3 pins compared with 2 pins for 45CT-1 -- and the NicCad Battery unit for 45 CL-4 is different too as you have found ! i DO have a selection of AA Battery Holders I could use taking I think it;s 6 batteries.
