AFAIK the Tokina 11-16 is only available in Canon and Nikon mount, so that narrows the search a little. The Tokina 12-24 is not made in Pentax fitting, it's the DA 12-24/4.

By the way, also other lenses except limiteds might fit inside of course. My K 50mm f/1.2 also fits very nice together with two small limiteds.

Greetings
I did think it would be fine with the FA-35/2 between the DA-15 and DA-70 but I tend to carry small primes in a coat pocket with one on the camera at all times. Good to know for future reference though, thanks.

I rather liked that myself but I only have 2 Ltd's and decided not to bother, very nice case though, congratulations on the purchase.

Non of the pentax lenses aren't speed demons to begin with, when i borrowed my uncles Sigma 100-300 i was blow away by the speed of that thing.
The DA*200 or DA*300 are fast enough, BIF, airshows etc. and I'm still using the K20D Everybody said the DA 17-70 was fast but I don't find it any faster than the DA*16-50, neither have any trouble focusing on a steam locomotive travelling at 60 - 75mph almost directly at me.

He always said the Pentax were in the Top TWO of lensmakers.....

I remember reading somewhere, but I don't remember where, he said Leitz (now Leica), Pentax and Zeiss (Contax) were the top three but never gave the order, naming them alphabetically and the rest he grouped under "also make lenses"

Mine's the original version, made about the time that AP tested one and declared it the "Best Standard" lens ever made.
I think I still have that mag somewhere with the test of the MZ-3 and FA-43 Ltd. Dr Stewart Bell announces it quite nonchalantly, better days, he's sadly missed.

Erphoto have done some good reviews of new and old primes in the 35mm / 50mm range. Lenses like the 50 f1.7 still hold their own.
Interesting, thanks.

The first shot 35mm @ f/5.6, I'd suggest stopping down beyond f/8 to see if that helps. The second shot was at 250mm, probably the worst part of the range.
