I checked with Sigma last year and they said they don't contain mtf data. I imagine only Pentax FA and DA lenses would do....even if the Sigma lenses contain MTF data...
I tried it with a 43mm and with normal program line, I was on f/2.8, when i switched to MTF line, it went to f/4.

Jessops also told a friend looking at the K10D that they would get the Nikon instead because it was difficult finding lenses for the Pentax.

Just noticed Jessops.com are selling the Samsung GX10 with 18-55 for £599 - the same price most places are selling the K10D body only and £100 less than they're selling the equivalent Pentax kit for.
I would've sacrificed the Pentax label for a free kit lens...

I was already using mine by 30th Dec, with a good price, a bargain SD card and supporting my local camera shop!

Is it fair to say Pentax seem to be diluting the Limited brand? The new DAs seem to all be relatively slow pancakes and the review I just read on ephotozine of the DA 21mm never gets more enthusiastic than "commendable". A far cry from the FA 43mm...

going back to the original question, one benefit of the Pentax is you can use it on the K10 with MTF program line. I checked with Sigma before, about the 17-35EX and it doesn't contain this data, so the MTF program line is useless.
