LX £180-240
M28/2.8 £30-40
50/1.2 £250-300
M135/3.5 £25-35
M40-80 £30-40
Takumar 2x TC £20
Extension Tubes £15
The bellows will depend on the model - there were several variations over the years and some are more desireable than others, hence I'll say £20-80 depending on what you have.
The FE-1 viewfinder depends on whether you want to sell it to me or not - if you do then I reckon a tenner should cover it...
Don't get swayed by certain eBay dealers asking for far higher prices - if you look at "completed listings" on there you'll notice they rarely (if ever) actually sell. The prices I've given you above reflect what the market is generally willing to actually pay in my experience. If you try to sell it all as a complete set then expect around 40% less than you would for individual sales.

@ Hefty, have you put your shots up elsewhere? Would really like to see what was going on, on the other side of town!
I walked up the Bicester Road and saw the police had sealed off Northern Road (obviously worried that someone would start chucking petrol bombs at Lindsay's old house) and got met by my first police roadblock by the Royal Bucks roundabout. Went through that one to a mate's flat on Buckingham Street where I could see down the road and also over Cooper's Yard towards New Street - figured that if they broke out of Market Square then that's where they'd head for. I could see lines of mounted police at the top of Havelock Street and plenty of police in the street below but only four EDL supporters the whole time I was there (they obviously got lost). All the time I was on the phone to another mate on your side of town who was telling me about the action over there and I was starting to realise I wasn't going to see anything so I took a walk into the town centre - got as far as the top of Market Square before being blocked by another line of police who weren't letting anyone through from that side until the crowds on your side had dispersed.
The best picture of the day from me was when something kicked off in the vicinity of Vale Park (I had my spies all over town!) and the police below me all rushed to their vans to go over there - the van directly below my window wouldn't start so I've a lovely shot of a bunch of riot police pushing their dead van down a deserted Buckingham Street with all the windows boarded up - quite surreal!

I currently own around 50 cameras (nearly all of which are awaiting sale at some point) including models from every manufacturer on you list except Sigma and Fuji, plus many more besides.
Other than the K10D and the GR-D the only cameras I have that are actually in use (ie, the only ones I'm not prepared to sell) are a Pentax LX, a Rollei B35, a Zeiss Super Ikonta IV and a Rolleicord III. So if you count those six only I'm split between Pentax and Rollei with cameos from Ricoh and Zeiss Ikon.

Unfortunately fast lenses for that sort of work cost £several hundreds++ and there's no way of doing it on the cheap unless you get really lucky and find a seller with no idea of value. Needless to say that rarely ever happens...
Still, for the money you're looking to pay I'd get the body / kit (18-55) lens and one or other of the 70-300's and see how you get on - if you don't like it you could easily re-sell for what you paid and you've lost nothing in experimenting.
