Me too - I still have mine although I guess it would need a service by now.

I believe its Pentax bodies only, you can use any lens you wish.
That's my experience - I accidently submitted a couple of shots which I'd taken using my Samsung GX1S (ist DS clone) and they were automatically rejected.

Tim,

Right on both counts - there was only one image just before I posted so the cathedral one must have gone back in as I was typing.

I found earlier today that I have had a second image accepted into the gallery - I was so chuffed that I decided to edit the photo description.

I found to my great consternation that after editing, the image now shows as 'back in review' - I just hope it doesn't get rejected second time around.

So it seems that it doesn't pay to mess with the images after they have been accepted

my advice: if you use zooms, pay for constant aperture zooms... the last thing you need is to have to "Fix" exposures every time you zoom the lens. which is what's gonna happen if your using studio lighting...
I've never found this to be a problem with studio lighting as you can normally set the aperture higher than the lenses minimum unless you are deliberately trying to limit depth of field - so if you are on a budget it may not be too much of a hindrance.

Anyone use lightroom 2 for raw conversion ?

I guess what I need is an idiots guide to raw conversion in Lightroom - particularly noise reduction.

Not sure about the GX20 but on the K20 both the set up and custom menus can be reset to default settings - I think it is the last menu option in both.
