I did the exact same Haydn , I was worried for 2-3 weeks... There was no problem it went back in, phew.

I think it should be mandatory to put your PPG link in your sig *nudge* Haydn & *nudge* AliG

*Grin* I think you spoke too soon. I see two images in there (congrats!) The red pencil one looks familiar, so I think the cathedral one is the new one?

I found to my great consternation that after editing, the image now shows as 'back in review' - I just hope it doesn't get rejected second time around.
So it seems that it doesn't pay to mess with the images after they have been accepted
