so..

Last night we went around to our good friends and neighbours, too much of the falling down juice was enjoyed (and my head is reminding me about that!)
but we were informed that they were struggling to find an engineer to service their gas fire..

,,,which takes me back to the begining of this thread, or is it a rope?

I've just thrown a couple of logs on the fire and will top up with coal shortly.

Solid fuel/ wood burner/ coal stoves seem to be comming back into fashion, and we're well ahead of the trend..

Just watching the weather on the BBC, yet ANOTHER northern lights photo from Scotland.

5, that's 5 visits in the last 2 years as the lights were, supposedly, possible and we've seen nothing, nowt, bu..er all.

...done far too much out in Lancs at Honesty's house, and there's still plenty to do, still...

...off for a couple of days with my second favourite girl, Nina's taking me to Dumfries and Galloway for a short break and I'm looking forward too it.
