That shows an impressive amount of foresight and planning for breakfast. Particularly if the evening has been spent enjoying a bottle or three.

Steve
That's when I need a good breakfast and auto cook kicks in!

half milk and half water, soaked overnight and NO suger or salt added..

..as for Middleton woods and Hebers gill, wrong valley for me, the wild garlic and bluebells in Esholt's surrounding woodlands are in my area..

Had to watch the coronation, Mrs HG was watching it and I sort of got dragged in..

...I don't mind Charlie boy, it's the hangers on I can do without..

Right, porridge simmering, coffee made, it must be breakfast time.

Hi hi. Thread still going strong then!

Still alive, as is my K5ii (just). Hoping it hangs in there as I can't afford a replacement

Good to see some of the old regulars still about.

Might pop in occasionally.
Nice to know you're still around Gwyn, My K5 died a while back now, the replacement K3 is doing sterling work as it's replacement.
Now what was I going to say..

.. ah!

Just back from France and I have to put the wine away..

I have a downer on Hermes as was..

..they charged a lot to deliver a moped engine and lost it!

A 20kg package got as far as a warehouse and just dissapeared!

And no compensation (it was insured) was paid as I couldn't contact a single person, I just ended up going around in auto-reply circles...

... that said, the local lad is fine, when things get to him he does deliver.

I watch the occasional episode and intend catching up over t'nit.

It's reminded me how much I enjoy tinkering with things, the right hand loco in the picture is actualy a 2 rail model.

Having said that it's now converted to run on 3 rails, most toy train buffs will think that's a complewte waste, but it means I only need one track laying ot!

The only thing I've had explode recently was a bottle of beer.

It was in the cupboard last summe on a particularly hot day when the bottle bottom blew off.

There was beer everywhere, it took some time to get it cleaned up, I couldn't even lick it up due to the broken glass!

Can't remember the brewery involved, only that it was a gift and well within the drink-by date..

..no chance of it happening at the moment, the cupboard only has a couple of botles in..
