I might be tight, the most I'd pay would be £60.

It's an unseen lens with no garantee that it's fine.

I'd pay more from a dealer such as SRS though.

I don't trust auctions where you can't see who your bidding against, ten bids could be just two bidders where the first one is a dealer!

Still I'm going to watch out of interest.

Where are all these police officers?

The only police we see are driving fast in the hope no one stops them to deal with a real crime.

Around here terrorists could have a field day! Mind there's not a lot left in Bradford for terrorists to blow up!

The council's pulled most of it down and what's left is useless!

Rant over, my main concern is why don't the police (when around) pick on people using camera phones, they are more likely to be up to no good than the guy with the £500+ DSLR?

Our thoughts are with everybody in Oz.

We whine about a bit of snow, we don't know how lucky we are.

Just a thought, Panasonic, Sansung and Olympus DSLRs seem to be missing on J****** shelves, does this mean they're also going bust?

Or has my local store got it right by stocking ALL these and Pentax as well as cutting back on canikony?

Welcome , don't worry that you only have an optio, I've just bought anew Optio E50 as a pocket cam to go with the DSLR.

So far the pics are great, typical Pentax quality!

I just had browse through some of his/her listings and feedback, it seems he/she likes to sell lenses in one auction and then lists the caps separately.
Sadly that's one of the favorite tricks of UK dealers... someone trades a camera in they get a pittance of a price for it and no extra because it's complete with case, UV filter, lens cap etc. Next the camera goes on sale at an enormous mark up and all the accessories are stripped and sold separately very often at rip-off prices.

That's one of my big gripes with ebay.

I often miss out because a dealer has bought the bundle.

Have you noticed how many foreign dealers have appeared since the pound value's fallen. Several items I've bid on have ended up in China, Russia and the rest!

Jessops are the biggest bunch of lying ba...

The article in this weeks AP seems to blame Pentax for not having 'attractive' cameras!!!!

Compared to big c's they're streets ahead.

I'd ignore the salesman, who probably is only spouting his managements propaganda, and go to a real shop for proper advice.

Rant over, sorry.
