Relax boys, pentaxian67 is just trying to find out if our brands are going to be available in his home market for the foreseeable future,

I have no worries as the release of the K-x will boost sales, being cheaper, better looking and more user friendly than most of the opposition, both here in the UK and across the pond.

I don't know about the K7 kit lens,I presume the 18-55 MkII is fitted, all the earlier 18-55 lenses are regarded as probably the best standard on any DSLR.

Samples on this forum more than prove that.

Capa at #1?

He landed at Omaha and left on the same boat, as I recall, not having the nerve to stay longer.

I don't blame him but...

Getting so much action in works well, the compression doesn't detract for me.

As long as it's a Pentax M SMC lens it should be fine, mine cost £15 and gives superb results.

You showed the pratt that you weren't a push over, well done

Pratt, by the way is an old English phrase for a cunning and devious person. I wasn't just swearing!

As for filters being useless, proper ones are , in my view, better than the digital ones all camera makers seem think we need.

I think the 'flaw' was the uncomfortable eyepiece on the view finder!!!

I still don't understand that!!
