...did I just say that?
Just dropped our Swedeish friends at the airport, they've been here since Monday and had a good time.
Now I need to give the liver a rest..
..so only one beer tonight.

There's a definite longing for some affordable primes (67%), but not a complete 'we all want them' result.
Hopefully somebody out there in Pentax management land will see this and, who knows, we may get a £150 50mm f1.7...

Aha! been down the developing and printing route when I had a ME Super. Sad to say I dumped all the kit when we moved house and I went "Digital." MISTAKE!! Oh well that`s learning. So I collected the SP from the Post Office today. Looks really champion now to find a cell to power the meter. Some advice here from SP owners would be appreciated. Spent ages today searching through jewelers and the like but no known equivalent came up for the mercury cell. If I found a button cell that fits I guess it would be a slightly higher voltage than the original mercury version. Would that be a problem?

The meter is a balanced circuit(?) which means it does work this way, just check the readings against a known meter before you commit to film.

Just give in and enjoy the hunt for the next lens.
By the way there's a Samsung version of the Pentax D-FA 100mm f2.8 Macro, you may find one a t a lower price than the Pentax, and as far as I can tell the image quality is just as good.
