Some people will say you never use f20 and it's just looking for problems but if you ever come to upgrade and you have a manufacture date of pre 2011 you can guarantee people looking to buy a used K-5 will want a stain free model. Also the marks do show up on a couple of my macro shots taken at f16.
Besides all that, why pay a grand for a sub standard camera body.

whats the best way to test if the stains on your sensor? i'm concerend with mine having seeing it was made in october

I still cant work out how i bought mine in feb and the manufacture date is oct last year

You can just see it on this picture, is very easy to see when its large though
