The HDR here does nothing for me, I'm thinking the original may have more depth and texture. (Maybe those aren't the right words - it's hard for me to pinpoint what is bothering me about it)

I like #1. Colors, composition and detail are really great.

Just in case PentaxAngel is thinking of choosing me as the winner (haha), I will be on vacation and unable to set the theme or judge. So second place would be fine.

Not usually a fan of bug pictures, but these are great. To see the coffee foam still on the little guy is so funny, and the decapitated one made me LOL!!
Thanks!

or is anyone else so very disappointed when you view your photos in the gallery? They seem to lose so much impact when viewed at that size, especially when you're used to seeing them larger as you edit and share and post in the forums.

Should I submit a report?

OK, these look so much better. Sharpness and colors are right on. Definitely an example of making the most of a lens.

The tiger's my favorite - I like the pose. Very nice.

As far as HDR, I think the boardwalk is the best - not too much, still realistic looking.

Very cute - that's when my kids and I yell out "Duck Butt!" and anyone who's listening thinks we're weird. Good capture.
