Pentax took out the 'Q' then the K-01, what a waste of time.
Pentax should have spent money on a version of the LX, a digital version would have been 10 out of ten !!!

Cornflux Street Theatre
Scotland’s festival of street arts, physical theatre and circus returns to Glasgow from 23rd - 29th July 2012. As well as events at some of the city’s top venues, the festival spills onto the streets, taking in some unusual and unexpected locations and illuminating the city over a truly packed-out week.

Well if you do it will be a shame, I for one will miss your phenomenal images. Have faith I'm sure Pentax will introduce FF soon.

This is 10 out of 10, I love it.
A Pentax remote control in it's jaws would have been a killer shot !!!!!
Did I say 10 out of 10, if not, then it's a 10 out of 10

For 'street photography', talent and an "eye" are needed.
B&W pictures of people just walking down the street are NOT, repeat, NOT, street photography.

Why not give the other end of the scale a go, soooooo much more choices.
I used to think 'Gallery Pictures' were for peoples BEST efforts, unfortunately, most of what I see would have been deleted from my SD Card before it made it to the Mac.
If people want c&c or advice about images, I thought that "Your Photo's" section was the place ?

Dual- carriageway for +120mph, single track road for fun, and about 15 miles of ffffast, quiet, dry, two lane black-top, WOW - blew the cobwebs away today
All with the Pentax Optio 550 - a bit old now, but I still love it.

Turnip - Shooter exhausts, so called because they are un-baffelled and could fire a turnip about 1000 yards.

No filters used in any of the images, I enhanced the 'Reds' in the waterfall pictures just to try and off-set the large amount of green's in the originals. Didn't do much else.
In my brief time with the A-50mm f2.8 Pentax lens, it appears to be a stunner. Now I know why it is hard to find and usually expensive.
The first three pictures were taken with the K7 and A-50mm mounted on a monopod.
I find I'm quite good on side-ways stability, but shocking at the up and down, hence the monopod.
I set the camera to 'Capture in Focus', ( I think that is what is called ), get a general focus, press the shutter and move the monopd slowly, VERY slowly, toward the subject, and WOW the Pentax takes the picture.
That is how I got some of the shots, I'm sure that you can all derive your own solutions
