Very nice, especially for a consumer zoom.
Have been trying to look for a second hand Sigma 100 - 300mm F4, seem to be quite rare nowadays.

Pentax F 28-80 / 3.5-4.5 macro AF lense.
Price
£60 + Shipping & PayPal Fees.
Item Location
UK
Item Description
Very popular FL zoom for portraits and general use. Very nice, clean, little lense. Glass has no scratches, no fungus on the glass, no oil on the blades. Recently serviced (I live in China and servicing a lense is very cheap to have done here). Note : macro is not a real macro more of a close focusing ability (Pentax say 25cm).
Properties
Fast AF, sharp when stopped down, nice colours.
S/N : 1605249
Lense will be shipped with front & rear caps and as bonuses a meal hood (these lenses don't usually come with a hood) and a soft lense pouch.
Please note these lenses have Out/In/Out focusing that can feel a little strange and clunky at first as it revolves over the internal cam !
A couple of forum members here have bought lenses from me in the last 2 weeks and have given positive feedback.
Shipping : by PO 1 day delivery (usually), signed and insured.
Thanks for looking. Full size photos on my Smugmug account under Test Shots.

Looking at your sig., I'd also sell the DA 18-55, DA 17-70, and the Sigma 70-300mm. I'd replace the low FL lenses with a DA*16-50, and maybe even replace the DAL50-300mm with a DA*60-250.
On balance, I'd start replacing your lenses before the bodies.

That was shot with your tamron Kevin. It was lit from below with a household lamp, so possible the light would have greened through the leaves? I have another version with a quick auto colour adjust which looks better as the background is darker. Will upload another from a few inches further back.
I think the household lamp is what did it as I've never seen that lense exhibit green fringing at all.
Keep shooting Jamie .... the Tamron's 1:2 is fun isn't it ?

Mark. You might also want to consider the excellent Sigma 50-150 (no SDM issues and has HSM).
I've been wanting something a bit faster than the DA 50-200 WR I have been using with my K-7 for equine sport photos (cross country and show jumping) and had originally looked at the Sigma 50-150 and 70-200.
That's what 1/2 the price of the 50-135 ? No-brainer unless you have money to burn. I've sent them an email already !

Cheers MikeP, so on the K-5 would the 60-250 be much slower AF than the 70-200?
