I would be just a little cagey about these. There is a history of forged Sandisk cards. These prices seem very low and a Sandisk extreme elsewhere is quoted at 30Mb/s where as this one is quoted as 20Mb/s (I am not sure what difference the "Video" designation makes.

Is there a big price difference?
btw there are 2 different extreme III version, 20MB/s and 30MB/s you may find the 20MB/s version for a very good price.
As I said personally I haven't ever noticed a speed difference because ai rarely shoot in bursts. If you do burst shooting frequently though then you may want to invest in the 10.

As with all cards, to avoid potential issues, I always reformat the card (in camera) after every download to the computer.

True, I suspect that if anyone does live there they spend most of their time dealing with rather serious-looking callers who happen to be carrying cricket bats and looking for various names along with their goods/money...

Two other points for macro, one mentioned already :
1. you need as much light as possible to keep your shutter speeds up otherwise movement blur - even minute - will make your shots suffer. So think about how you are lighting your subjects.
2. Often people suggest MF over AF for macro, however you can have success both ways. In either way digital saves the day and you can take hundreds of shots to get the one you want. This shot was taken by using a rocking motion and keeping that shutter button depressed - as you can see without focus stacking the DoF is absolutely minute !
Ignore the title .... it's a hover fly not a bee !

but on the other hand, there's 15, un-patrolled roads near my house where you can bounce the needle off the rev limiter in sixth gear

Well , I suppose you have to travel light as much as possible. I would sell both the WR lenses and buy a second hand Sigma 28/70 2,8 and 70/200 2,8. I will take with me the wide zoom and a light manfrotto tripod. You will cover 90% of the possible pictures. In case you want to be sure add a 2x multiplier. I would bring even a grip for the K-5 with the possibility to use 6xAA batteries in case you run out of energy. A data-storage or few 32GB class 10 SD will help.
I would bring even a dust collecter .... not a blower but one with electrstatic capacity.
