Steinheil Munchen Culminar 135mm F4.5 M42 - £5
Vintage lens with original filter and cap and leather case.
Pretty soft wide open but improves a lots stoped down. Ridiculous amount of aperture blades. Pretty decent exterior for its age. Fungus developing inside, sadly.

Tamron Adaptall-2 60-30mm F3.5-6.4 - £20
Excellent lens, as many will know. Has a macro mode for 1:2 at 60mm.
Very good cosmetically, with original front and back caps, plus Hoya rubber collapsible hood.
Fungus inside.

Excellent cosmetically, unfortunately with fungus also. With Vivitar filter, no caps
Pretty good lens too, but without the range of the 60-300mm.

Since I left the UK, my relationship with photography has been very much on and off and on again.

As a result, I have abandoned my lenses, and despite being in clear boxes, they have developed fungus.

I still also have bits and bobs (accumulated from mutiple manual lens buys) that I never managed to give away.

So here we go. I'll be posting lenses and extra bits.
This is postage from Portugal, as per Portuguese Mail website. I'll manage packaging so as to not go above this:
> to 20g 0,80 €
> 20 g - 50 g 1,30 €
> 50 g - 100 g 1,50 €
> 100 g - 250 g 2,50 €
> 250 g - 500 g 4,25 €
> 500 g - 1Kg 7,20 €
> 1Kg - 2Kg 12,30 €

Payment via paypal or by bank transfer if you prefer.

Smooth focus, very good asthetic condition. Original Pentax front and back caps. No scratches.
Lens has start of fungus on the edges as well as specks of dust inside. Neither affects optical performance.
The back light really enhances the dust, those familiar with this will know it really isn't that bad. Can take other photos.

In original Pentax baggie, no scratches. Worked with Pentax MX however I believe these are standard size?
If you want, I'll send it free together with another item.

With front cap. Focuses well with ocasional tiny skip. Never got stuck. Interesting lens but was never a stellar performer for 50mm (not when you got the SMC-A or -M F1.7. Filled with fungus now. Quite tatty, understandable with age.
Lens is free, will send free with other items. Please be aware I have not package/boxed this so I need to confirm postage.

Coming: 1 x M42 lenses, 3 x Tamron lenses.

As I mentioned previously, if you want a Pentax APS-C mirrorless the K-01 is it!
Can you explain why you feel an adapter is needed for full control of FA, DAF and DA lenses as they're native lenses for Pentax. Are your thoughts about using them on your Olympus? If its that, Pentax isn't likely to produce it!
You don't of course need to jump to a 645d or even a 645z unless you want to; don't forget the K-1
I never warmed to the K-01, prejudice perhaps. I do think since the mirror is off, lighter weight can be had as well as size savings.

The K-01 does this only in part. It is lighter that most Pentax DSLRs, but at 470g there is litle advantage compare to lower range DSLRs. No EVF is an issue for me.

I mention adaptors because I imagine reducing the distance to sensor. This way, short packages could be had, while other lenses can be used with adpators (no size savings on size of course).

I mention the medium format because with the fantastic results of APS-C I see a more logical step to go for the bigger step, if much lower DOF is needed, or better ISO behaviour, or detail at 50 MP.

I'd really like if Pentax create and APS-C mirroless with great image stabilization.
Also supply adaptor for full control of FA, DAF and DA lenses.

APS-C gives fantastic results already. For nearly any application APS-C is great. Need more? theres the 645D.

I just bought an Olympus EM-10 II, mostly because the Q's never impressed me and olympus seems better values and crucially better EVF thant Fujifilm XT-10 or XT-20. Also cheaper than those or the Sonys.

Still trying it out and not getting rid of my K10D.

That bellows setup seems too cumbersome, and not particularly effective with poor crops.

The digital copiers, even at 5mp seem more interesting at this point.

My father has about 400 slides from the time he shot film (his latest camera was a Pentax program-A). Kodak and Agfa.

We haven't looked at them for many years, but digitizing them has been on my mind for some time.
We were recently looking at them to see if we could find some photos of the Zaire river, and I noticed many of the slides seem worn out, some have scratches others seem to show fungus (spider webs as you see in lenses). So it becomes more urgent that something is done to preserve these slides.

I know there are services that scan and even clean slides, but I'm a but uneasy to send them by post, I think my father even more so. I've also found a service "nearby" which does €0,25 per slide.
I do have a regular scanner, but I think using it would be cumbersome. Maybe only to scan A4 size sets of slides for quick scan.
There are adapters from Ohnar and others for cameras. I don't know how and how well they work on DSLRs and wether you can get a sharp scan.
There are small dedicated scanners of varying prices to do the job.

I'm inclined to go with the later two options, to at least retain the record. In both cases I could buy and re-sell. So time consuming but low costs. Some slides are really interesting and my father would like to have proper photos, those could if need be, get a professional treatment.

What have been peoples experiences? Recommendations?

That is stealing other people's work or play. How is anyone allowing him to exhibit this?
