Nothing. It's an excellent lineup. APSC choice is excellent, GR is a cracker, Q7 is excellent. Time to push on and build from a position of strength.

Very nice light and rich colours in the first 5. 1 is very pleasant but the boat on the right seems abruptly truncated and the small boat on the left a bit close to the edge of frame. 2 needs more space top and right imo. 2nd crop of the next three works best for me, the eyecatching elements are the taller towers left and the chimney right but they are close to the edges and the composition feels a bit cramped, maybe a stitch could have helped. But the look is right.

I think the best accessory for landscape is an alarm clock.

Of course but those images show a lot of low iso noise, way more than the K5, horrible blotchy looking noise. Not good. However even though they are supposed to be out of camera the exif indicates (apparently) that they have been run through CS6. So maybe someone has turned the sharpness to 11 and made a hash of the images, a couple of them are truly awful. Clowns.

I hope so. There's the camera that a lot of Pentaxians have been asking for. Very scrummy.

I hope that is the case but if it is then I can't see how the low iso sample jpegs got to he so noisy.

I have no doubt that we will get reports soon enough of how well Pentax primes, not just the old ones, function on the Sony. That will be very interesting.
