I think it is a really excellent idea (initially I didn't but I was wrong). Once on the Q it will make it even better as a candid, shirt pocket pocketable. Because of the tiny aperture you could easily totally disguise the Q. I will buy it if the price isn't silly. Wide angle Q prime next please Pentax and hurry up.

Interesting, keep 'em up, the more the merrier. I think the K55 is sharp, just takes a lot of getting used to the focus and pinpointing where used at wide apertures.

Here's my one and only shot from the FA50mm f1.4. It will either come out of the box or go into the classifieds, haven't decided yet.

I've been thinking about swapping. The spare change could go into the very long term A*200 macro fund.

I should be grateful to anyone who adds their images taken with a Pentax prime lens in the 50-55mm range to this thread. It could be an interesting and useful resource.

I have four such primes but I only use one. I'm particularly interested in seeing images from the FA50mm 1.4 as it gets both rave reviews and poor reviews.

Nope. If you see me doing HDR please take me into a dark alley and give me a good kicking, I need to be reminded every now and again. Thanks for the appreciation but I didn't post the pics for that, I'm hoping to see anything from 30-35mm Pentax primes, quality of the images or processing doesn't matter.
