Parrot Tulips.... they are wonderfully photogenic!!

Lovely photograph... but not a wren... it is a warbler... possibly a chiffchaff/willow warbler [look much the same until they sing] If, when you took the photo, it was singing more like a wren and not going Chiff-Chaff-Chiff-Chaff... then it is probably a willow warbler.

It’s à pintade…. Often our Christmas meal… much nicer than turkey!

As a long time resident of West Norfolk.... namely Swarffumbor!.... this is a lovely view of a place I know well.... but I'm trying to work out where that Golden Ball was hanging! I might have to mirror it to see... The pub across the road... the Bedingfeld Arms was well visited, as was the nearby Twenty Churchwardens.... 'twas but a short cycle ride.
