Well I got older elinchrom lights. couldn't be happier.
Also got the skyport radio slaves. Absolutely a joy to work with.
here's an example of what I put my slaves through, please keep in mind that this image is NOT a finished product.....I'll be adding some snow flurries and borders and removinge the flash unit before changing the color of the bridge in the final image. this is pretty much out of camera, using white balance and flash, with only slight adjustments in Aperture.
but it does show how I use the slaves in bad conditions....

I love the pentax 10-17 fisheye, it would be my second choice. Though about lighting gear?

First choice, I'd ask for something else... Romantic getaway...(photo op in there if you're lucky)

stop it down to f11 if you want gritty, sharp detial for a male, open it up if you need soft, elegant, beauty for a female.
