Looking to buy an focus screen, preferably LL-60 or 80 for my recent K20D purchase (thanks Jackitec I'm very pleased with the camera). Grateful if anyone with one for sale or knowledge of where I can purchase one at a reasonable price could advise me.

Just to let those interested know, I have just received my Pentax 50 mm f/2.8 Macro lens including UV filter and Hoya rubber lens hood all of which are in fabulous as new condition.

Buy with confidence from Steve.

Phew! What a relief, I suppose the camera must have always made the noise, but with lens on and intent on getting a good shot, I probably didn't notice. Needless to say once I had noticed the movement, alarm bells started ringing and confidence in the camera started to wane.

Very many thanks for your responses, my mind has been put at rest.

Regards

Don

I'm new to this forum having only recently invested in a DSLR (September 200 but I am concerned about what I perceive as fault on my camera and I am looking for some advice or reassurance. As stated, I have had the K200D for a number of months and have really enjoyed using it producing what I consider to be pretty good photo's (without being in automatic mode).

However, about three or four weeks ago I checked the sensor for dust and it was indicating that it needed a clean. After raising the mirror and removing the lens, I turned the camera to face downward prior to applying a puff of air and in so doing noticed a small clunk within the camera body that I had never noticed before. I continued my cleaning of the sensor and after assembling the camera checked its operation which appeared fine. The problem is, I was now fixated by this small clunk or movement within the camera body I could feel if the camera was rotated about its axis vertically or horizontally. I was so concerned I sent the camera which is under warranty to Pentax for repair. I was later contacted by the service technician who asked me to clarify the problem and I did so. He then stated that they could find nothing wrong with the camera and they suggested that it might be the Shake Reduction system I was feeling. The camera apparently had a calibration check and was then sent back to me.

My question (some might say, At last!) is whether this feeling and sound of movement is normal and if not, can you advise what I should do now given that the Pentax repair agents have returned the camera to me stating all is as normal. I should add that the camera functions perfectly well as is, but my concern is that once out of warranty should this apparent fault get worse I will not be able to afford an expensive repair.

Apologies for my first post being a long winded affair but the only camera shop near me is Jessops and when i went in today with the camera to get advice they were absolutely useless, very very nice, but useless.

Lemmy, I'm sorry you are frustrated with the lenses you have purchased but as a beginner to this wonderful hobby, I will gladly take your DA 35mm Macro off you and take my chances with it on my K200D. For a reasonable price of course!
