Good shooting, I know only too well the trials of nailing focus with bugs. You did well in what looks like daylight (no flash)

My photography has long been my escape from the cacophony that rattles around in my head.
The peace and freedom when I am out with my camera is priceless to me.
I tend to experiment (in case ye hadnt noticed) with loads of different ideas, some work and some dont, but it keeps my passion fueled and my interest piqued.
Happy shooting guys

I just knew that you and the k1 would get on like a house on fire.
That last shot is just something else.
Looking forward to seeing more great shots. 👏👏👏

Really like no.s 3 & 4 (particularly the lightened version). A 6 stop filter may not be enough to get the effect you want - it just depends on the amount of available light at the time of taking.

Cheers Phil,
I was genuinely only joking when I said that, hence the lols, as the first pic is just of the reflection of the water in the filter, not even on the camera, My bad sense of humour

5, 11 and 1 in that order for me, as ever this is a fantastically accomplished set.
I agree with Serge that the wave shots in isolation could be from anywhere geographically but yet follow the theme and feel of the set as a whole.
I think there is a lot that you could offer to people that would like to learn, have you ever considered doing workshops ?

I note the K-1 can be had Used with low shutter count, so if purchasing what would be a genral purpose lens to start with (without selling a kidney). Have an old F 50mm 1.7, and 135mm, 50mm. "M" 28mm "M" and "A". Is the Sigma 24mm "Superwide" FF? Will probably buy a WeMacro rail instead though
Given a choice between a macro rail and a K1, I know which I'd be choosing 😉
I have a k1 and a macro rail and shoot a fair bit of macro with bellows Too, and I have yet to give the rail a spin.
You have some good legacy glass there. 👍👍👍
