I loved this when it appeared in the Forum, and I still love it now. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

An intriguing and dramatic landscape in a similar style to some recent images by Graysummers. A million miles from highly coloured summer's day landscapes and so compelling to view. And just in case anyone suggests it should have a person sitting on the bench my view is that no it doesn't. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

I really like how the glasshouse reflects in the water and the clouds add an interesting touch. I'm sure you were right to produce this in black and white. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Your trip to Dyrham was fruitful Andrew. There's good depth of focus, the corridor provides a wonderful lead-in to the main room and the figure is perfectly placed against the window. Did you know the superb film The Remains Of The Day was filmed there. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

This is a wonderful abstract interpretation of an attractive modern architectural feature. The design is the art of the architect, the image is the art of the photographer in selecting the viewpoint and in arranging which the elements to include and just as importantly, what to leave out. 24mm Andrew? You just have been really close to this stag yet he seems laid back. Did you stalk him through the long grass? Its a lovely photo, as always. Is Dyrham at Chippenham, I thought it was just outside Bath. Irene and I popped in a couple of years ago when driving from Bath. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

There's some wonderful locations in the Hebrides and Jura is surely up there with the best of them. Thanks for sharing these superb landscapes with us Andy. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout

Why can't we have waterfalls like this in the UK then we could all attempt to match your expertise in photographing them. This is another stunner. David PPG: http://www.pentaxphotogallery.com/artists/davidtrout
