Looks like the weather wasn't playing the game but its a fine atmospheric shot of this locomotive at work. At the risk of sounding like an anorak I don't think you would have seen this particular locomotive on the GWR line from Evesham to Hereford back in the 1960s, it was strictly a Southern engine and would have been working much further south than this.
