Well done in capturing this, your reactions were impressively swift. David

Very impressive. David

The detail is expertly photographed and it works very well in black and white. David

This has a feel good factor; a restful scene beautifully photographed with impressive image quality, particularly in the rock face and dead tree in the foreground. David

I prefer this one to the previous image but both are excellent architectural abstracts. David

It doesn't need any in-depth analysis, just look at it and enjoy the gorgeous light and colour. David

Authentic period feel to this image Andrew. Interesting that you've 'done a Morpheus' in quoting a great poet to add impact to your photo. David

I was there back in May, mainly to photograph the Ffestiniog, WHR and Llangollen railways but I also popped across to Llanberis hoping to get photos of the mountain railway. I got one shot of a steamer in exactly the same spot that you have chosen here Andrew, but I was disappointed that all the other trains had diesel locos. I like the atmosphere you've captured, you've nailed it just right. ...

Lovely pose and excellent treatment - and also a charming little girl. David

Impressive view of the barrier, expertly presented. David
