Thanks for the detailed explanation George. It shows the effort of moving round and finding the best spot can pay off. Even the ones behind glass have worked. An impressive set of pictures.
I was at the Highland Wildlife Park last week and shots were hard to come by. I was disappointed.

I just love Pentax get togethers you always learn something. Sorry I could not make it.Thanks from me too Neil, I really enjoyed it, I think Oldmoor is my favourite reserve because the hides are so close to the birds. There were some other bonuses for me today too:
- I met Barrie Forbes - great to see you Barrie
- Barrie let me try out his Sigma 17-50, which is very good BTW
