Chris, have you tried the iis with your Sigma 100-300 f4 attached and if you have was there a big difference in af speed?

Thats a wise decision Barry and I sorry to say we wont be going along either, the snow has stopped but a freeze due tonight and the roads will be bad tomorrow so just not worth the risk.
A shame really I was so looking forward to this one, meeting up with all you guys would have been a pleasure not to mention the locomotives.

Just checked various weather sites David and Saturday seems to be snow free with bright sunshine!, Snow is forecast for Sunday which would make traveling a bit more hazardous. Should we say Saturday?My concern is crossing the Pennines, the M62 is a high level route.
