Shouldn't be any difference !?

Only the centre contact is used, and always in the same place for N, C or P !

Hi Guys,
Does anyone ever use this fiddly bit of plastic.
Bernard
No, because I shoot in manual or hyper-manual. It is just required in auto exposure modes.

John
you still need to cover up, even in Manual mode ! If you're using the metering system to work out the exposure required !!

.

Place the camera on a firm surface, with the eyepiece facing the light, and take a pic ! Then put your thumb over the eyepiece and take a second one !

1/50th becomes 1/15th at same aperture !! that's what it's for

As he says PK_tether + USB would seem to be the answer !

You will need an active USB cable or a (battery powered) repeater hub

Should be quite easy and you can see exactly what you're taking in real time

Tried one, but didn't like it ! It felt awkward, too tight or too loose, just couldn't get it right ?? in bottom of cupboard now

I just use a safety loop around my wrist and hold the camera as normal

No strap ever !

SDHC limit is 32GB, I believe !? then it's SDXC !!

so I would think the K10 should manage that

Hi Will,

I've only applied a little de-noise to the bakground, maybe I've been a liitle too restrained. I'm back off lunch now, I'll have another go when I get home, very little software to play with here

John
It's the over-sharpening that caused the noise !
