Used debug on K10 to sort backfocus issue. Worked well and sorted the issue. It was a question of being careful.

We have had a couple of hols on Skye. The first one with a K10 and the second with a K10 and K20. Must confess that 2011 saw us on Mull with K10, K20 and a K5.

I love Skye especially September and October. We had a cottage in Luib for both. I prefer Skye to Mull (The Mullions are none too friendly IMHO). If we come back that way (and I hope we do) I will give you a look. It`s a gorgeous place and we have seen some brilliant wildlife. I`m now going to look up the holiday pix.

Have you checked that the battery connectors in the camera are clean and free from debris. Wiping carefully with cotton buds might help. Word of warning though DO NOT APPLY WD40 although contact cleaner may help.

Well that FedEx guy is not the only one. I must say that we stopped using "fragile" tape on packages at work. It was just a target for white van man to vent his wrath on. Yodel part of the Drop it, Hide it, Lose it conglomerate must share the same school of how to deliver parcels. We had a large package from Amazon which the note said had been "put over gate." Lucky for us they were books. Trouble was that the pleb did not put them over the gate but lobbed them over the fence from the neighbors drive. Damn scary as only a week before I had a camcorder delivered but at least Pat took it back to the post office for me to collect.
