Cracking lens, I'd never part with mine!
It is a cracking lens on a crop body, I just have too many lenses covering this length and with the recent purchase of a K1 I'm thinning out some of my glass to allow for further full frame purchases.

I'm selling the above lens, doesn't come up very often in pentax mount.

It is fast focusing (quicker than the 50-135 which I also have) and I have used it at children's sports days and British GP with no issues. This is similar in size and weight to the Pentax DA* 50-135.

I have owned this from new and there are no marks on the front or rear elements and is in very good condition. There is a little discolouration to the zoom rubber where my thumb/hand holds the lens. I've never tried to clean it and it actually looks worse in the pictures than it appears in real life (possibly the lighting). There is also a spec of something inside the lens that can be seen if you hold the lens up to the light at a certain angle, may not actually see it, it has not affected my use of the lens or image quality.

Comes with Box, Case, End Caps and instructions

Looking for £375 delivered.

Some pictures of the lens and pictures taken with it..

The end of the gold band has started to come up and could be easily stuck back down if needed.

Following a recent purchase this is now surplus to my requirements.

This is a full frame lens and has no problems working on my K1. It will also quite happily work on a crop sensor camera, ie K3, K5 etc. Although designated as Macro, it is not a true 1:1 macro but does allow you to get pretty close with a minimum focusing distance of 40cm.

I have owned this lens since new and have not had any issues with it, It is in very good condition there are no marks to the glass as far as I can see (wouldn't expect to see any as I've had it since new) and I can see no dust within the lens with the naked eye.

The lens comes with both end caps, box, case and instructions.

Looking for £275.00 delivered RMSD, will be packed well.

Thanks for the comments

Great set George, I already commented on facebook and they look better on there than they do here, due to the better quality and larger size.
They do look better on facebook (which is not the best for quality) Perhaps I should have resized them. I've never bothered in the past but I presume the K1 jpegs are larger and hence more loss of detail when PU automatically resizes them.

That's a shame, I was looking forward to seeing some shots from it.
