haven't looked at online courses, I did an A level photography course in the evening at my local college. Cost was just £100 for the year, I gained more knowledge by being in a room with likeminded people than the course, however the course was still good & improved my artistic side.

The physicalities of taking a photograph are easily learnt, the artistic side takes a lot more longer

Auto Focus using AF button ISO 800 Aperture f/2.8

I have an F50mm f/1.4 in my bag & I have yet to use it, apart from testing it, my other gig lens is a Tamron 17-50mm 2.8 which is my main lens as I mainly shoot small shows. Focus speed of the 50-135mm is the fastest in my kit, doesn't seem it due to the silence but I am almost certain it is, go get one, I don't regret it.

Some great places in Budapest, the palace & the parliament buildings are huge, The palace is great for shots along the river. There is also a square with lots of statues i think this was called St Marks square, but a litle rusty.

Lots of old & new buildings, lots of great opportunities for street photography with lots of great looking characters.

If using the tube train don't forget to get your ticket validated in the machine on the platform, we didn't & got arrested & escorted of the train along with a fine each

Have fun, we enjoyed it.

Only used this a couple of times but it is too big for my needs, cost me £95 will accept £80 inc postage UK

Never used it outside apart from walking from car to gig venue.

Holds 2 bodies with lenses attached inc 70-200mm 2.8 14" laptop & lots of lenses & accesories, also has waterproof pullover.

Advantages

Met a good group of people with many different interests
Learnt alot about history of photography
Got to play in a darkroom & process film
Got to play with Apple Macs urghh!!!!
Discovered a lot of artisitic photographers i had not heard of before
Got me a photography job I enjoy doing

Disadvantages

Mostly an art course, not a photography lesson as in this how to take a picture..
Physical lessons in photography where for just 2 lessons
No feedback on work, as according to the tutorthe class was about art which is a subjective sbject there is no right or wrong.
Lessons where mostly boring as majority was self study
